Meet Kara, The Property Practitioner. A Southern gem residing in the Ozarks, Kara embodies the notion that you can take the girl from the country but you can’t take the country from the girl – especially the accent. Thankfully, married to one of Branson’s most beloved comedians, Jarrett, she continues to enjoy the simple pleasures of a rural lifestyle while actively serving the community in various capacities.

Holding three university degrees, culminating in a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Kara is a dually licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and REALTOR®️. Both professions center on assisting others in a time of need and Kara is the cure! She thrives under pressure, intervenes with precision, responds with compassion, and welcomes the opportunity to render aid with your real estate transaction.
